Kuha turns every guest into a photographer. You put one QR code on the tables. Guests scan it and upload photos, short videos and greetings from their phone's browser. Everything lands in one private album you keep.

Guests need no app and no account.

1. Go to kuha.app/start and sign up.
2. Name your event and pick a QR template.
3. Print your QR or share your album link.

Set up takes under 60 seconds. Features such as the Digital Invitation & RSVP, Seat Finder and Live Slideshow depend on your plan, and you can use them whenever you're ready.

No. Scan the QR code on your table and the album opens in your phone's browser. No app, no account.

1. Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code.
2. Tap the link that appears.
3. Type your name so the host knows who sent them.
4. Tap to add photos or videos, then wait for the upload to finish.

Try these, one at a time:

1. Move to stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data.
2. Upload about 10 photos at a time instead of all at once.
3. If you opened the link from Facebook or Instagram, tap the three dots and choose Open in browser.
4. Keep the page open until the upload finishes.

Still stuck? Message us with the host's or couple's names.

Ask the host or the coordinator for the album link. The QR code and the link open the same album. Also check the table cards and the photo wall.

Open the album from the QR code, choose the Video Guestbook, and record a short greeting for the host. It goes straight into their album.

The one page guests reach by QR. From there they upload photos and videos, leave greetings, play the Photo Challenge and find their seat.

Guest photos and greetings appear on a TV, projector or LED wall as they're uploaded. Open it from your dashboard on the computer connected to the screen.

A list of fun photo tasks, like "Selfie with the groom" or "Best dance move". It gets even shy guests shooting, so you get every angle of the party.

Guests record short video greetings from their browser. Kuha has a video guestbook only; there is no audio-only guestbook. The number of clips depends on your plan.

Guests type their name and see their table. No printed seating chart to update at the last minute.

One link for your invitation and RSVPs: an envelope that opens on their phone, your theme and colours, event details, a countdown, and RSVPs collected for you. Export the guest list as a CSV for your planner.

Pick a template that matches your theme and print it for every table.

A highlights page you can share after the event. It stays online for as long as Kuha runs.

Photos are saved in HD, sized for phone and TV screens and for standard prints. Guests' phones prepare each photo before it uploads, so the exact size depends on your plan. Higher plans keep more detail. Compare plans at kuha.app/pricing.

From your dashboard, choose Download all (.zip) once you have marked your album Completed. You get every photo and video your guests shared, in one file.

Each plan has its own windows: how long guests can upload, and how long you can download everything. See them at kuha.app/pricing. Download your ZIP before the download period ends. Your Memory Page stays online for as long as Kuha runs.

Yes. Only people with your QR code or album link can open it. Share the link only with your guests.

Start with a free trial album. When you need more, upgrade with a one-time payment per event. There's no subscription. Prices show in your local currency.

Yes. You can pay by card, GCash or Maya at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Dodo Payments.

• Check that your card is enabled for online payments.
• Paid but your album didn't upgrade? Message us with the email you used at checkout.
